Your Double Glazing Project: From Start to Finish
We understand that any renovation works regarding your property can be stressful, and as such we want to make the process as smooth as possible. This outlines each step of our process.
Assessment and Quote
Upon receiving your request for a free, no obligations quotation we will book in a time for a member of our experienced Sales Team to attend your property to complete a full measure and discuss all of your available options. Your will receive a full quotation in a timely manner.
Once we receive your signed acceptance letter and deposit, we will be in touch to book in a time for the Final Measure.
What does the Final Measure involve?
One of our measuring specialists will come by to measure each unit to ensure order accuracy. They will run over our expert finishes and inspect the site for any additional details they believe may need attention. They will also advise an approx. install date. This gives you a guideline of when to expect our install team on site, but is not a confirmed date.
Once we have the Final Measure completed, we commence the order and manufacturing stage.
When we have all the materials, and the completed units are ready to go, our office will be in touch to book in a final installation date that suits you.
Delivery and Installation
Our team will arrive on site between 8.00-8.30am unless advised otherwise.
Our friendly installation team will get the area around the install site prepped with drop cloths, move/cover any remaining furnishings, and get started. We ask that you move any immediate furniture blocking the area back to allow at least 1m of clearance. You don’t need to remove curtains, and if you have blinds that may cause an obstruction our team are happy to temporarily remove these to save you the hassle. Before the team depart the site, one of our team leaders will review the work and, if you are home, they will close the work site with you.
Your double-glazing project is now complete! One of the owners will contact you to confirm everything went to plan and you are fully satisfied with the works. Then an invoice for the final balance will be sent out which is due for payment within the discussed 7 days.
